Insurance Companies Suck

My place of employment changed our insurance on November 1. Both plans are under the same company. They were supposed to carry over paid deductable from the old plan to the new.

Somehow that step was mysteriously skipped for at least 3 people here.

I've screamed and shouted...but most recently I've found I get better results by ending each call with a kind thought... So from now on...even, and especially when I don't get my way, I finish the conversation with.

"Thank You. And may God have Mercy on Your Soul."

How better are the results? Mildly, immensely, or in between?
