Anyone notice ?

Has anyone noticed a increase of incessant irrelevant illogical babblings of an incoherent nature of various demented obscure subjects from various people on Team Speak lately?
How some people just keep on talking while saying absolutely nothing ?
Seems like some people have overdosed on verbal laxative.
