China's state information center says the country's number of Internet users have reached 137 million. This is a 26 million or 23.4 percent jump from the previous year. The China Internet Network Information Center released its 19th Internet Development report which also states 10.5 percent of the population now have Internet access.
Out of the 137 million, 90.7 million users access the Internet through broadband connections while 17 million go through mobile phones. Most of the users are concentrated in Beijing and Shanghai which have 30.4% and 28.7% of the users respectively.
.....and they all are on Houdini's block.

And your point? You left out the fact China's population is 1.3 billion people. 10.5% of their population have internet and/or mobile broadband. Pretty small number.
