Batman Returns - Major Thumbs Up

Postby nonstop » Sat Jun 18, 2005 10:36 am

I have always liked Gary Oldman and Christian Bale, and I new the writer/director team from Memento would at least be interesting but I must say, this movie has dethroned my 3 favorite comic book to movie films; Xmen2, Spiderman2 and Sin City.

I liked all of them pretty equal and they all had great writers for the screenplay but Batman Begins just blew me away. It made this summers installment of Star Wars look like it was thrown together by a band of monkeys.

If you have seen it post some thoughts if your interested.

Havnt seen it yet but was thinking about it....I always have liked Christian Bale all the way back to his Newsies and Little Women days!

But with you saying Batman was even better than X-men and Spiderman, well then its definatly a go see soon rather than later movie!

I will let you know if I agree or not once I go see it :)

No it's not like all those posts you make that are meaningless and add nothing of value, a.k.a. complete crap. I would say it's exactly the opposite.

Haven't had the chance to go yet...

After all the fierce arguments about having a "bat-pole" installed when they were building our house, my wife has forbidden me to mention uh... that guy in that suit ...ever again. :P

And what does bat man call the club he uses to bash blind, flying rodents with?

:?: Is it just a bat?
:?: Or is it a bat-bat?
:?: Or Is it a bat-bat-bat?
:?: Or a bat-bat-bat-bat?
