it's not real sugar though....it's corn syrup :(

I think RC or Royal Crown was the last to use granulated sugar...not sure if they still use it or not

I take it beer is still the healthiest choice followed by the emergengy bottle of vodka. :P :P :P :P

water is for fish

Ah, RC Cola... Around the age of 14, i drank a whole 6 (8?) pack of that in a single day... As a result of my sugar rush actions that day, cola of any kind was banned from our house until I graduated from High School, and now at 41, my mom still frowns when I have any... LOL

It must have been something so horrible I suppressed those memories. Cause I can't recall at all.

Exactly Rall. DRINK WATER. Soda, is by far, one of the WORST products on the face of the planet to drink. Whether its Diet or not, say no to Soda. I've done a lot of research on the topic, and as of recent, I've cut ALL soda from my diet. I've been drinking Water, and Non Homogonized Milk only. Now I won't talk about why I'm drinking the milk but it's mainly for my workout plan. If you know anything about the 80s and the Soda business, is they switched from Sugar, to High Fructose Corn Syrup. Now think about this...

-The Switch from Sugar to HFCS in the 80s
-The Obesity Epidemic really took shape in the 80s
-Coke was the first company to do it
-McDonalds Endorses Coke, and at the time, is the most popular fast food restaurant

It all makes sense, and explains why we have such a horrible epidemic. Another thing thats wrong with HFCS compared to Sugar is that, for the most part, Sugar is all natural (unless its super processed) so our bodies can break it down properly and dispose of it. But HFCS on the other hand, can't really break down because its not pure sugar and all that natural, so what does it do? It turns into fat. Now I'm not saying that the Soda companies are the devil, because they didn't know what was going on, but now that its been proven that they play a HUGE role in the obesity epidemic, it makes me wonder what they are doing to help. But then again they don't care, they're making money.

/end rant

Vodka, straight.

Clear like water, none of the sugar, and makes living with Trin sooooo much easier!

Here at work, we've got an honor system snack bar for the folks too busy to go get lunch...

Soda is $0.30
Water is $0.35

So I should be stealing water, and not soda?
