I love playing funk, tower of power, earth wind & fire etc. on the drums but don't listen to it much. Oddly enough I love playing free form jazz on the drums the most but listen to it very little.

Man I saw the George Clinton and the P Funk All Stars when my friend was on the U of Hartford concert commision they were awesome. That guy "the nose" or something like that was all over the place and they had this chant that was funny something like:

I say sh*t god damn get off your as# and jam I say Sh*t GD....... After awile you get fundafied and you get like a weird buzz from it.

I saw George Clinton this summer, they played for 3 hours strait and didn't have any opening bands. I will be surprised if a concert ever tops that show! =D And yes, Sir Nose is pretty funky! haha

That chant is actually one of their songs "Get off your ass and jam."
Talk about an amazing night =)

World War III will be fought using atomic weapons, the war after that will be fought using sticks and stones.

Non, I saw them up at the Beaumont. I am not sure if you have been there, but don't go unless absolutely necessary, it sucks. The speakers are way too loud blowing everything out of tune. =( But it was still an amazing concert!

I have been there and it's a hellhole! :D I took one of my cousins to her first concert there and it was the googoo dolls which is a guilty pleasure band of mine so it wasn't so bad for me back in 2000. :D
