I installed Suse 6.something on a PIII 400, just to see how it looks.

I'd say it's slow as a dog, but compared to my normal system, it's more like slow as a dead dog, tied to the kennel door.

Still, they've come a long way in a short time

I have an ibook, I am the smart!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually, guys with the way the internet is so messed up and so many trojans and viruses, they say one of these days, there will be a massive disconnect with the internet, in particular with the windows OS. I actually have Linux installed on one of my older computers, and use my ibook as a precaution, Once the big computer bang happens, these will be the only spaceships available. Better reserve your seats now.

Back to work!!!!!!!!!
