XP admin pw recovery disk

I lost mine! Anyone know a site that has this free app? Or if you have it email it to me pls. Wkg on a friend's pc, xp prof, forgot his admin pw.

If you have to windows cd you can do this:

or you can try this also:

Reboot Windows in Safe Mode.

Click Start, and then click Run.

In the Open box, type the following command, and then click OK: control userpasswords2

Click the user account that you forgot the password for, and then click Reset Password.

Type a new password in both the New password and the Confirm new password boxes, and then click OK

I found one free site but have to wait 48 hours for them to accessible, otherwise they want me to pay.

Oddly enough - it wouldn't accept ANY pw to get into safemode. I think this pc was hacked. He said one day he just came in and all his programs had been deleted. Nothing on his desktop. Or maybe he or someone accidently retored it to a way earlier state. Dunno. All I know is it won't let me do shit without being logged on as Admin.
