I don't even like Transformers and I was impressed.

I can't wait to see this. I hope it's even better than the original cartoon movie. I hope prime doesn't bite it in this film either (Oh sorry spoiler alert in case none of you watched this when you were younger, Shame on you if you didn't see it)

Very cool stuff...I think ILM who is doing the effects is the best cg movie fx house in the business. The transformers are after my time so I'm not a big fan but I'll see this no doubt. I hope they're in almost every shot kickin butt and not just in the last five minutes which happens too often.

Between this, Spiderman 3, and the 300... it's going to be a cool year for movies.

the movie script doesn't follow the cartoon continuity. the autobots and decepticons also came to earth aboard the ark, something that doesn't happen in this movie.

law you are absolutely right. the decepticons did build megatron. here's how much of a geek i am. according to the transformers mythos, megs was built 10 million years before the transformers war started on earth and the cartoon started. two episodes, "the five faces of darkness part 4" and "war dawn" would piece the necessary information together.

5 faces were some of the few eps that I actually caught in sequence... I thought blitzwing's role was very well done, esp for a kid show :-)

War Dawn? That the one where Prime relates his um... "childhood" ?
