Help Doc with a good cause
Guys and girls and...lizards.
I would like to request some help. On the 30th of this Month (and I apolgize for the lateness of this post) yours truly will be participating in a 5K marathon for Juvenile Diabetes...and so far I've raised piss all.
Now, I'm not trying to sound like a beggar, but any and all help would be appreciated.

Yours truly, Dan/Doc/Who the hell is he and is he in this clan?

Nonsense, any amount helps Houdini...
I can't speak for the Doc, but when the Lovely Mrs. Law and I are doing the Walkamerica walk, we'd rather see 100 pepole donate $10 than have 1 person donate $100.
I think it has something to do with math

Hmmm... 10x100 better than 1 for 100? You are so magnanimous law.
Ya Houdini, it's all about the thought, the gift you can afford and more importantly imho the prayer than any amount. Prayer has changed so much in my life, sometimes instantly, sometimes over a long time, (those are the tough ones) but even if you can't give $ you can always send a prayer for the person, the people involved, the people it's for and most importantly for nyte, for having rall and his dog go at it while he took bets on the side.

Actually Law, I was gonna write it anyway, but I've been sick and working a lot of OT
First things first, I wanna say..you guys absolutely kicked ass. All but a few dollars were raised by Ti. I am not making this up.
For those of you who want explicit details, I did okay. Finished in the top third or so, kept up a pretty solid pace for most of it..only stopped once to grab a bottle of water at around the 1K mark as I forgot to bring my own (left it in the car and I was parked far enough away to not want to make the walk back)
total time was probably around..mid 30 minutes time wise (I was keeping speed low for the sake of my joints as it was my first ones)
Thank you all very much. It was all for a good cause, and thats what counts. I cannot say how much your words of support and your donations mean to me.
Thank you all.
