I can’t tell you how much this pains me to do but I need to revisit my review of the now infamous airplane wing mouse pad. Out of the box it was the best pad ever and it stayed that way for awhile but slowly there started to be a problem that I tried hard to ignore but could not. After you play for a long time with it oils and sweat from you skin kind of build up a film on the surface of the pad. When this happens the mouse still slides ok but not as quick and smooth as before so you try and wipe it down with some water and soap and dry it. Then its cool for a bit and then the film is back. I actually think after awhile the frequency of this increased and the “good” time with the pad got smaller and smaller. It was then that I realized that I spent too much money on this thing to be employed by it as a cleaner. For the price it should be working for me and I did not have the strength to deal with it anymore. So I had to play Indian giver and retrieve my xtrac ripper xl pad form my friends house where I left it for his kids. I swapped my old pad out and left my buddy my large green comp USA pad that I cleaned up so now I am back to my old pad. I played with it last night and it was a tearful reunion. After not using the ripper xl for a bit I forgot how much I actually liked it. I guess when you got a good thing going and the grass looks greener on the other side of the fence you should just be happy with your own grass. I will be taking some photos and post them of me throwing the airplane wing into a watermelon with deadly force so look out for them in a future post. Maybe Clown will be able to help me and make an animation from the pics.

I am going through a hard time here ok.
Did you talk to the dude you ordered it from?
No not after I tried to negotiate the Ti discount. I should shoot him an email about the magic film that built up on the thing but I figured I would just caulk it up to a loss. On the bright side here is a list of alternative uses so it does not go to total waste.
1. Obvious one is a weapon of death. First I would have to sharpen it but the possibility is very strong for decapitation purposes.
2. I could use it to be a gentleman and put it over puddles for the ladies to walk on when it raining.
3. Classy serving tray for fancy drink parties.
4. Would be great to cook French bread pizzas on. (ROM you eat those?)
5. Ping pong anyone?
6. I might need a few more... but I believe I can fly.
7. Chuck Norris
