Kick AZZ mod

i checked for a new version of an old mod i liked and i was pleasantly surprised...i have and play the 1.X version, and ive found the 2.X 'upgrade'...

this is called the 'ballistics weapons mod' and it incorporates
'realistic' weapon physics for the gunz they choose to have in their
game....ie, if ur firing off their version of an A-K, it gets wildly innacurate unless u stop moving and crouch to control ur weapon

ive always enjoyed it, and for those of u with MASSIVE gaming rigs,
it comes with a mutator called BLOODY HELL, in witch you can keep ALL bullet marks, ALL blood, ALL blast marks, etc for the whole map
its K-I-L-L-E-R on the fps, but awsome to see...
its also awsome to use the bloody hell mutator with the SLAUGHTER2004 mut, kuz then you can determine how many corpses stay on the map the duration of the match

its a very fun gametype, and transfers to almost all other add-on games (TDM, CTF, ONS, TAM **last i checked**, ect....)

sid has played this 2 and it is gr8 fun....maybe give it a shot and try it out for some variety!!!

we need to make a server and get messy!! hehehe

i played this some since i get no cable lag in instant action games
and discovered a slight bug

if u get duplicates of the same gun (by picking up 1 someone dropped) and try to mouse wheel switch ur weapons (as i do all the tyme), it will be stuck switching between the duplicate guns....

i checked the forums, and they kno about this problem, and are working on patches as i type

till that happens, i found an easy fix....just use the weapon toss key to chuck one of the copys, then you can scroll just fine...u even get to keep the 2 gunz worth of ammo

just thought id share

hope someone tries this, i kno im having a blast with it....esp with the flamethower and the landmines!!

the following pics were made using the ballistics weapons mod AND the slaughter2004 mutator....the slaughter2004 mutator keeps the dead bodies around a while...

IT IS A MAJOR FPS KILLER ON ALMOST ANY SYSTEM TO USE THIS COMBO, but its still a blast to play!

the flamethrower has a backpack that can be shot, and will cause the user to explode after a few seconds...
