aww c'mon - you'd rather have this ridiculous-ness? A pull-out drawer for stickers on the HP Slate? The Apple "magic" is the uncompromising design. This creates critics of the company... some like you. But they stick to what they believe is the best product - the market decides the rest.

windows 7 is a great os, but not for tablets. HP has screwed the pooch there. i wanna see RIM's Playbook. will be interesting to see if it will compete.

it do have some nice features... moving the rotation lock was a big flub.

yes, it makes it work more like the iPhone but was already used to it being different.

Simple little thing that could so easily be a user preference except for the headmaster's my way or the highway attitude. I'll be jailbraking mine the day the warranty expires just to get that feature back.
