Destroying unneeded documentation before an investigation starts is company policy. After the investigation starts, it's obstruction of Justice... how unclear is that!

That is complete BS, I mean they're basically just mocking the officials in the face by saying that they were destroying "unneeded" documents, and then still winning! What sucks even more is because of the amendment that prevents people from being tried for the same case twice....
