Tribal Instinct

I just don't enjoy playing anymore. I can't have fun unless I play well, and for the last 6 months i have played worse and worse and worse...and worse every week. I dunno what's wrong with me. I used to be able to somewhat keep up with the top players, or even be the top player now and then.

But not anymore.

So I need a break.

Till then, adios.

But I'll stick around here on the forums.

Sorry to hear Cloud, but sometimes a break is good. People can say it's a game all they want but when you are competitive... well, I feel your frustration.

Ya I've been frustrated too so I took a break. My mouse was crapping out so I ordered a new one. Should be here this week. Gonna jump back on Wed. probably. That said, yes it's sometimes good to take a break and come back refreshed; but, you should keep things in perspective too.

#1 You smoke most of us out there so don't get down on yourself just because one of us mere mortals lucked out with a kill or two on you!

#2 Who in the hell plays this game competitively any more? Of course we play to win, but just think how boring it would be if you won every time and you were always the top scorer.

#3 I think I compare this game to chess now. Just a bunch of friends playing the same game everynight for an hour or so and listen to each other talk crap. LOL. What could be more fun than that?!

A break is OK but I am wondering if your back pain is interferring with your game.
I can't imagine being able to sit down and play with your back hurting.
I just want to point out while it is OK to be competive we play for the friendship as well as for the game. I hope you get that straightened out soon. PLease get on TS more and while we harass you remember it is done in a friendly manner not in a mean spitited way.
Chasing your down with my rocket launcher is so much fun and porky will miss that.

You're not going anywhere. I'm sure you have personal issues that are affecting your mind, whether you know they're affecting you or not.
I do understand that if you're not playing well, you're just not having fun, simply because you cannot get into the game.

After all this time I have to say you are right porky. I have such bad back pain nowadays....trying to play with it REALLY is tuff. But I will continue to fight through it. Sug is gonna build me a new comp...and after that....who knows what will happen

You guys have fun in Vegas.
