Allstate (except Florida) Insurance

Postby law.of.averages » Mon Apr 16, 2007 6:44 am

So I got a letter from Allstate over the weekend.

They're choosing not to renew my homeowners insurance policy so that they "may continue to provide their customers with competitive rates"

They want me to release my personal information so that "they may help me obtain comparable coverage through another provider"

I guess I've got until August to find another insurance provider for both home and car... since there's no way in hell I"m giving Allstate my car insurance business now.

Unbelievable the scam insurance companies got worked out. The mob would call it protection money right? Same thing, except I think the mafia probably for prides sake would not back out of the coverage like these pussies do. They would reinforce the storm hazard areas and protect their investment.

Well, since most of my family uses State Farm, I gave them a call. The guy said that because my house is within 10 miles of the beach (I think it's 12 actually) I can't be covered by them either.

He also tried to get me to switch car insurance.

Sorry bud, if you're going to deny me coverage of my house, you have no chance of getting any other busines from me.

Were you or your father/mother ever in the military? If so you can try USAA (http://www.usaa.com) I have them and am extremely pleased.
