Now be fair... pee-pee man (as I now think of him) was urinating, not masturbating, which is the key reason I didn't report him.

If I had, he'd have been labled a sex offender, just because he had take a leaKe.

On an interesting side note, about a week ago, he threw away his living room furniture. I can't help but wonder if he was watching lost and didn't want to miss the ending...
