A great clan has passed into history.
It was pretty much over a while back but I had some great times there and many of the ex-members are great friends of mine.
Best of luck to Forrest and his new life. aka Godsmack aka Suffer

Ya know...I've been sitting here thinking about not posting this for fear of offending some folks... But then...I thought about exactly who I'd be offending...

Why does a clan full of fun folks like C2C have to die?

Look at the TWL ladder, and think about the matches we've played...and the personalities we've encountered. There are so many clans out there full of complete assholes... Why couldn't one of them have taken the bullet this time?

It just doesn't make sense.

Myxx showed me that last night. Kind of sad considering all the great peeps that were there and esp. as long as you guys were around.

Pork when did the clan form again? I think I remember playing c2c folks in ut2k3?

the clan formed back in the spring of 2003. alot of good peeps...

rube, b mama, princess, big john, tag, accident, rom, capt. kirk, booshu, and godsmack. there were some great times

cuz'n was probably the cause of the clan's overall destruction....not directly or intentionally. he was a good guy....great player....little young and hotheaded though...he ended up making some comments and one of god$mack's good friends in the clan wanted him booted from the clan...most didn't...it was nasty. The whole mess weakened the clan and made a split down the center...it's ugly head would rise occasionally and probably was one of the factors that made gitm and delamer leave...but they would probably be able to tell that story better... g$ post is like authur's hindsight with guinevere...camelot's lost though nonetheless. anyway...that's my take on some of it...It's probably not too accurate and I'm biased somehow so take it with a grain of salt.

That's to bad. Around here if anyone gets out of line they have to be lined up on the forums and take countless cheap shots from ace/houdini/beer/nyte/ and live through it. If they do something really bad then Pwter brings makes you wear leather and shows up at your door with a car battery, some jumper cables and a can of 30weight oil... I won't get into it but afterwards your nickname will be 'the gimp.'

I have meet a lot of great person in this clan,In the begenin of this clan it was like the ti one.Peoples were playing all togeter,and sharing good times.But when we got a lot of different personality in group sometime that could be very ruff to get everything run like that should.

I think 1 off the bigest problem its that the recruiting process was to fast.After thinking about it if the leaders of the clan have take there time before letting someone joining it will give us more time to know them and be sure that we gonna make a good move to let them in.

When the clan have start to fail it was to late,Me Porky,Big John,and few others have try everything to get back on is feet but that dint work.So here we are,a page of history have been turn,that was a great moment in there rank and i will never forget it.

I couldnt have said it better myself Myxx. Although I'd add a few other names in there that added to the destruction but no sense in it now. I would have never thought the clan would break up but "crap" happens I guess. We all crossed paths for a reason and for that reason I am greatful for

The way I look at it, the clan tag doesn't make the person. Anybody that I ever saw in our server with a c2c tag, always guarateed they were good people. No tag, new tag, or Ti tag, the people are always the same. I'll frag with any of you guys anytime.

c2c was a good clan...may it rest in peace and be remembered for the good things it brought to the ut community.

Amen to that pickle! Now its time to infect another clan with our pleasing personalities and uber skillz!

yar....it will be wierd not 2 see a -c2c- tag pop up on my buddies list anymore...

but, as many have said already, any c2c member ive seen in game has been nothing but a class act...just make sure that any former class acts stick around....id h8 to miss out on any fraggin with you very kool ppl...

Very sad that c2c will not be around. I used to hang out in their mirc channel in the UT2k days and talk to Mama - very nice people.

It's funny though - I haven't said anything but thought I would share this little story; Rom and Myxx don't remember me, but I used to challenge them back in UT2k3 and after a few matches they wouldn't play with me anymore. They were bored out of their minds with fraggin me over and over! Now that I can hit a standing combo...I forgive you guys.
