Thought of the week for the 4th week of July

Hey all, I haven't done this in a few years so I'm deciding to revive the "Thought of the Week." Each week a new image will come your way(usually on Sunday nights) and sometimes they'll include smart-ass captions. Perhaps they will breed nonsenical debates, intelligent BS, and mindless arguements. They're neither peanuts nor butter, ponder! So discuss them amongst yourselves.

that ok, my favorite is the drive up teller window that was as at a bank in CA...

it had instructions for the blind in BRAILE!

that definitely gets a WTH.....
