The 16.x version doubled the size of the download... more eye candy, music..
Uses the Unreal Engine but is about as far from UT2004 as you can get and still be on a computer.

It's free, but not exactly a trial... Basicly you can play for free as long as you stick to the original AO game.
In order to play expansiions like shadowlands and alien-invasion you need to setup a paid account.
froob = free/noob
