Twl ladders

I forget how many positions up can you challenge on the ladder. Was taken a peak at Ti and you guys are 28th and above and below everyones open to challenge and no one is challenging?! Dang confusing ladders Bah. I want to see some matches!!! ;) Vex

Its about 10 positions above you or some percentage that I cant remember off hand .... per twl rules
