Reading further up in the event log reads:
Ace Requests Steak
Ace Demands Steak
Ace issues HD to park heads causing HD damage for lack of Steak
disk error
atapi error
This is kind of a long shot, but you may want to double check the cables in your computer. Long story made short, my cats decided to chew holes in my IDE cable and it took me weeks of trying to figure out why my computer kept freezing. Could be as simple as popping off the connectors and putting them back on to make sure they are nice and tight. It's far more common that drives go bad though....so if you've got anything important...back it up first.
I'll also add that are you just getting those messages by looking in your event log or does your computer actually do something that is bad, ie freezing? I get errors once in a while in my server logs, that have no effect on performance, just the system error correcting out of something is my guess. I don't think those are all that uncommon (provided you aren't noticing other problems).

I'd think that its getting ready to go, but the full event errors, anything related to SMART, and what kind of drive you have would help as well.
