My new desk is very slippery

Postby Prozac » Tue Jun 30, 2009 6:12 pm

Ok...for real, I got a new desk from Office Max for my PC. The first thing I noticed when I hooked my gear back up, was that my mouse was very very sensitive to this new desk surface.

It is some kind of hard molded plastic and actually my Logitech G5 glides really nicely over it, a little too nicely. I checked all my sensitivity settings in my Logitech software they were fine, and I checked my UT settings and nothing has changed there either.

Any suggestions on what I could do to fix this? It's very sensitive  . It's like rubbing silicone on silicone as it is - and I'm not talking about the hot kind of silicone action like lesbian breast sex on Girls Gone Wild.

Please - you know - somebody help me tame my mouse. Thanks, Pro :)

Put sandpaper on the mouse feet.

get an oversized gaming felt/cloth gaming pad. you should not be running a gaming mouse on any random hard surface unless you want to wear the feet.

thanks guys for the tips.....I used to have an S&S Quick Pad that was felt and rubber, but that was left behind in Holland (2007). I guess I'll get another one of those.
