With all the talk of 8800s I decided to try an evga 8800gts supclocked card. Got it, just waiting to install it when I feel like unraveling things.

I'm a little concerned about the stock cooler as the fan looks quite small and noisy so I'll probably go with this.

Nice. Ace and I got the standard 640 versions. I have mine slightly overclocked (all on the stock cooling) and the hottest it gets is 67C. I think it typically runs around 60C.

You wil like that card Non but it runs better under Vista (if you know what you are doing ) :)

The card dont make noise at standard fan sething non but if you increase the fan speed whit riva tuner like i do than she will be a little bit noisy but not so mutch i have seen a lot worst in the past
