Tribal Instinct

I can only play UT with correct setting when I log on as admin. Win7. I enable admin all the time no prob and use this. Last week admin logon logo disappeared. Only other user logo is there along with regular one. Saw on google this happened after an update on a lot of machines. Couldn't find a way to get it back so I formatted, updated and all was good. Guess the same update came again and I'm back with no admin logon logo. other user replaced it. Ideas?

If you click on other can you type in admin and your password? The profile should still be there I hope.
