From what I have read Directx 10 will only be available only on Vista.
Vista will also have Directx 9L (legecy) for graphic cards that are not Directx 10 compliant.
I wonder if UT2007 will be Directx10 only ?

UT2007 will be Directx 9
The unreal 4 engine will be directx 10
