Anyone know of a good way to block all this spam email I keep getting ?

You could create a filter so that the only thing you allow in are the addresses you specifically place in the filter. All emails not originating from an address on your list get automatically blocked. Essentially an ACL if you are up on routing stuff.

gmail is best. and you have a free one with your ti email account.
