HIJACKING MY THREAD !!
Sideous Prime wrote:yeah, how can you hijack your own thread? that's like kidnapping yourself. can you really kidnap yourself? to me, that sounds like running away.
for example, in another forum houdini made a post in his own thread saying "congratulations on your gay thread." wth? he just called his own thread gay. sounds like houdi had too many poudin' pops.

I disagree on your comparason of kidnapping yourself and running away.
Kidnapping implies some sort of ransom demand. If you kidnap yourself with the intent of getting money from someone for your safe return... well that's just not the same as running away.
What I think you mean is abduction. If you abduct yourself, then you're just running away.
Unless of course, you're in this country illegally. Then if you abduct yourself it's considered an alien abduction, and you'd have to give yourself an anal-probe, followed by amnesia...then return yourself to your point of origin.

I'd be more inclined to believe that the PSU was under-rated than to believe that it's 90% efficient. Where are the tests to back that up?
oh...and....
yawn

Most of the time this is not the case. Actually you may probably find that most psu's are overated and this may actually be one that pushes the numbers it's supposed to. Been that way in the audio world forever. Never became more clear than after seeing 500w receivers in your typical electronics stores and hearing a NAD integrated rated at 60w blow the pants off all of them and sound even at low levels so much superior. Amps = v + a and you can throw the equation very high by having lots of volts which mean very little. It's the amps baby.

Companies always pitch what sells. These days it's efficiency over watts. The best I've seen is around 85%... suddenly we're to believe that 90% is possible without any evidence?
