new video card ?

If you have installed a new video card since you have installed
UT2004 you might want to check your system configuraion file and be sure that the amount of RAM that you have on your new card matches. I went to a 128 to a 256 card a while back and check and discovered that it was set to the old card.
It will be under [Engine.Engine]
near the top of the file.
Check this setting.
DetectedVideoMemory=256
you may not be getting the full use of the video card memory
if it does not match what you have.
