Video Card opinions?

I have to begrudgingly grant that y'all probably know more about video cards than I ever will. I'm curious to know what y'all think of this card:

I never heard of the brand but the price looked good. Power consumption / Perfomance compares great against my GTS 250:

This will be for the wife's machine so's we can play the portal co-op.

(I would have used the 9800 GTX+ (almost same specs as 250) that eVGA replaced my broken 8800 with, except my card is too big for her case... yes, you dirty minded peoples, that *is* what she said)
