Time to downgrade from Vista for me..

..and apparently a host of others.

I have wrestled with vista long enough, I'm going back to xp. Way too many troubles for my time at this point. I have read that entire corporations are downgrading from vista back to xp. Why a corp would have a new os before it's 1st or 2nd service pack is beyond me.

As I was slipstreaming a new build of xp install I found these 2 things that sum it all up.

Non, seriously, what were you thinking? There are only three possible reasons for you to make this mistake:

1) Getting fooled by an Internet scam ie Kate_Beckinsale_is_naked.com._______Vista_Install.exe

2) The kids were screwing around on your computer: found a Vista disk in the trash at school, put it in your CD drive to get payback for the sh*ty allowance you give them

3) Or you aim really IS as bad as I remember and you actually mis-clicked (something I'm not even capable of doing in my drunkest moment)

I know, I need to be ashamed.

Basically I had 2 machines I needed to put a "valid" install of winblows because of some comsulting I was doing and I had to pick buying either oem vista or oem xp. At the time I thought... well vista sucks but maybe they will have things patched up after a bit so if I'm going to buy a legitimate copy of windows, might as well get one that is somewhat future compatible. There is my stupid thinking, and I do mean stupid. Back to my corp xp install. <-- me hitting myself.

I officially blame microsucks main marketing interface to ti, law of averages. <-- me hitting law.

I love macs too pwter. I would like to own both.
