A minute or so after starting up the game I hear a couple windows 8.1 clunk beeps like a usb peripheral is disconnected. Then I get an extra ghost crosshair floating around. I can only play UT with correct setting when I log on as admin. Win7. I enable admin all the time no prob and use this. Last week admin logon logo disappeared.
